I was always amused by the Mind Eraser ads. When they built the Mind Eraser at Wild World/Adventure Word/Six Flags America, the ad featured the coaster passing through Cal Ripken’s head (he was their celebrity spokesman). A few years later they built a copy at Darien Lake, and reused the ad, photoshopping in some random kid’s face in place of Ripken, though leaving his baseball uniform top. Bizarre and lazy adwork.
